Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By selecting “Yes” and submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the provisions below.
1. Scope of Service
Draft Ding LLC provides “Commissioner (Unplanned Service)” coverage strictly on a one-time, non-recurring basis. This service includes a bundled provision of Team Rehabilitation and Manager Replacement to support leagues experiencing disruption or abandonment. This is an intervention service and not a long-term commissioner engagement.
2. Payment Terms
For leagues not enrolled in an active service plan, all requests for commissioner intervention require full advance payment through Draft Ding LLC’s designated internal payment system.
Services will not begin until payment has been fully received and confirmed.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once:
The service request has been accepted, and
Assigned agent work has commenced
No refunds or credits shall be provided under any circumstances.
4. Service Eligibility & Team Review
Draft Ding LLC retains the right to evaluate any submitted league or team data and may, at its sole discretion, deem a team unrecoverable following initial review. In such cases, Draft Ding LLC may recommend corrective actions such as a compensatory pick or FAAB reset, but these shall not constitute grounds for a refund or future service credit.
5. Service Duration
Upon confirmation of payment, services include:
Immediate assignment of an agent
Coverage through the remainder of the current regular season
The following offseason period
Coverage continuing through April 30th of the following year
To renew services beyond that point, users must notify Draft Ding LLC between January 1st and March 31st and opt in during the standard April renewal period.
6. Use of League Data
All league-related data, including screenshots, settings, and submitted materials:
Remain the exclusive property of the originating league and its platform
Are used solely to perform the services defined in this agreement
Will not be reused, sold, transferred, or used to develop unrelated products or software
Draft Ding LLC is an independent, unaffiliated service provider, and is not endorsed by any fantasy sports platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Arizona law, Draft Ding LLC shall not be liable for:
League dissolution
Internal league disputes
In-game decisions or performance outcomes
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the unplanned service.

Users agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Draft Ding LLC, including its agents, employees, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising out of:
The user’s actions or omissions
Breach of these Terms and Conditions

9. No Performance Guarantee
Draft Ding LLC makes no guarantees regarding league success, playoff outcomes, or performance results. Services are provided on a professional and reasonable-effort basis to restore stability and active management.

11. Modifications to Terms
