What if I already have an active agent but want to reserve extra coverage in case another orphan appears next season, or if another team suddenly needs emergency service?

You can reserve additional agent coverage at any time, even if you already have an active agent, to be ready for future orphan teams. If another team is abandoned and needs emergency service, we can assign an additional agent as long as your league has not reached its agent limit. Additional coverage requires a separate service fee.

What if no agent is available immediately?
Your team is added to our high-priority queue. Unplanned service leagues are handled first come first serve with planned service customerss being prioritized.

What if a team is truly unrecoverable?
If we determine that a team cannot reasonably be restored, we may recommend a compensatory draft pick and FAAB reset to help rebalance the league. Refunds are not issued, but we will assist with commissioner guidance and next steps to help stabilize your league.
