Payments, Pricing, and Discounts

How do payments work?
You can either (1) pay the full fee upfront and reimburse yourself later through your league’s dues platform (like LeagueSafe), or (2) request separate payment links for each member so everyone pays their share directly. We’ll provide the links either way. Stripe charges roughly 2.9 percent plus 30 cents per transaction

How much does it cost?
On average, each league member pays $5 to $6 per year. High complexity and Unplanned leagues pay more due to labor, and urgency.

What factors affect pricing?
Pricing depends on:

-League size

-Roster complexity (IDP, Salary Cap, multi-copy, etc.)

-Number of orphaned teams

-Time of year you request help

Do you offer any rewards for leagues that don’t need agent assignments?

Yes. As a way to recognize leagues that remain fully stable for a full season and offseason without needing agent assignments, DraftDing offers a 25% max discount on your next renewal if no orphaned teams were filled during the term.

Do high buy-in leagues cost more, and are there any restrictions?

Yes. Leagues with buy-ins of $200 or more have adjusted pricing due to the increased financial responsibility DraftDing takes on if a team is orphaned and we need to cover the buy-in. It’s not that these leagues require more complex management; it’s simply that the financial liability is higher.

We carefully review all high buy-in leagues to ensure they are stable, active, and submitted on time. Stable leagues submitted early are more likely to be accepted with standard adjustments. Late or urgent submissions may be subject to increased rates, and leagues with unstable structures or poor commissioner records may be declined altogether.

We do not service any leagues with a buy-in of $500 or more. To get the best rate and ensure your league qualifies, we recommend securing coverage as early in the offseason as possible.

Who pays the buy-in for orphaned teams?
If a DraftDing agent is assigned, we pay the buy-in through LeagueSafe for that term. If your league continues service next year, the buy-in is our responsibility again.

What is the Stability Incentive?
If no teams go orphaned during your coverage period, you’ll receive 25 percent off your next renewal as a reward for maintaining league health.
